Through shared inquiry activities rooted in Adult Learning Theory, school administrators will examine how they can connect the observation feedback cycle with teacher professional growth. A tiered professional development approach that was developed and implemented will be shared.  Participants will examine their goals and discuss how they can differentiate professional development to meet the needs of their staff.
